As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for increasing customer satisfaction and retention by handling customer inquiries and building rapport and relationships with current and prospective members.
Education requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience requirements
• Call center experience preferred. Health insurance experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
Qualifications
• Minimum typing speed = 30 wpm preferred.
Skills
• Ability to thoroughly understand a large, complex organization and its functional policies, processes, and customers.
